Shipping

All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST will be processed within two business days. Enjoy free standard shipping for all orders above $75 or take advantage of our flat rate shipping of $9.99.

Do you accept Afterpay

What is your return policy

At ShopScrubX, we accept returns providing the product is unused, has all original tags and packaging still intact, and is within 30 days of receiving your order. However, ShopScrubX cannot accept returns if the item has been used, scratched, or is not in the original packaging. ShopScrubX does not cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Does your electric dish scrubbers come with warranty? 

Our products come with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our team here as soon as possible. We will assess any issues you are having and determine an appropriate outcome on a case-by-case basis. We take into consideration the following factors when assessing warranty claims: how long you have owned the goods, the quality of the goods, and whether the product has been misused.
